Aftermarket Body parts?

Post by atcaw94 »

Anyone use any of the body parts from LMC truck?
I'm in dire need of a radiator core support, can't find one that's not a rusted POS.
Price is high with shipping, but a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do....

Have you thought about using a dent side core support ('73-'79)? http://www.fordification.com/myprojects/my67_p03.htm

Wow, thanks. That should open up the number of possible donors.

I see your in Jasper, that's not real far from me. I'm near Dallas, Ga. in Paulding county. We go to Ellijay a couple of times a year.
I bought a Classic Auto AC for the truck from a guy up towards you.

This might not be of any help, but if there is a car show coming soon near you of any major size, most of these aftermarket companies attend and will bring parts you order for no shipping, you just pick up at the show (pre-order of course).

Remember too many companies make parts for other vehicles besides our Ford trucks, so if there isn't a Ford show specifically, a Chevy or "car" based show might have the same vendors.

I know where Dallas is! Howdy neighbor! The Atlanta South location of Pull-a-Part shows a '74 and a '68 at their yard in Conley. Might wanna go check it out. Does no good to call any of their yards, have to go see for yourself.
