Does anyone know the dimensions of the strips of boards in the floor of the bed of a 1969 F100 short wheel base of the step side pickup? I am restoring mine and would like to cut the boards myself.

The bedboards are 78'' long and a full 6'' wide. Makes it tough if you are buying from retail places like lumberyards, as their 6'' wide stuff is only 5 1/2".

Find a custom cabinet shop and carry one of your boards with you and talk to them about the purchase and milling the new boards for ya. Might be more affordable than you think.
