New here with '68 F250 w/390

Post by Papakitts »

I just picked up a '68 F250 Ranger. Needs some work, but overall I think it's in pretty good shape. Still has the original 390 motor. Sounds and feels strong.
Needs cab mounts and a corner. This is my first attempt at a restoration. Got a lot of ambition. I'm looking to get new cab mounts and corner first and I 'm seriously considering taking the cab off to do it. I think doing it on the frame could be a real challenge. Any advice is appreciated. I've been on a few different sites that have quite a difference in price. I don't want to overspend but I also want good quality.
I'll get some pictures up soon.

Thank you all for the welcome.
I'll order the mounts and corner from DC. It's worth spending a little more to save me some aggravation and regrets.
