I put a set of '72 inserts in my '70 grill. They installed but did not fit flush with the grill like those do. Definitely a '71-'72 grill, not a '70. Interior screams Ranger. Horn ring is not installed in the correct orientation which indicates steering wheel swap. So, forensic bumpology says it's a '72 Ranger with a steering wheel swap. Without seeing more details on the suspension and frame we can't determine if it's a CS with an engine swap or just some CS badges or body parts swapped onto it.

Couple of the front suspension and one of engine. He did say the engine was swapped for this v8 at some point, but not sure when.

What would be a good offer on something like this? I have been looking for about two years now, and I believe this is a pretty good truck.
Thanks, I appreciate the advice and knowledge from you all.

Sheet metal appears to be in good shape. Check to make sure the cab mounts are good. Looks like they put some coil spring spacers in the springs so they may be sagging but no big deal. Looks like it has headers if I'm not mistaken. Power steering and power front disc. If the engine is good, only well to tell for sure is a compression test, and transmission shifts good, in my area of Georgia, it's a $2500-$2800 truck max depending on mileage on the engine/tranny.
