Hoping to find alot of useful information on the site, I have a 1970 F250 witha 360....i saw the truck online back in June for $500 and just thought it was to good of a deal to pass up so i went and looked @ it, the old man that had it bought it brand new @ a Ford dealership in Missouri May 28th, 1970, i couldn't believe it was a 1 owner truck, we talked for a few hours about the truck and other cool stories he had to tell then i started looking @ the trucks condition, i saw it needed floor pans and it hadn't ran it 3 yrs, i told him i would take the truck but b4 he said yes he asked what were my plans with the truck, i told him i was going to restore the truck from top to bottom, the smile on his face was priceless, he said well im glad someone's going to. he said he had had several other people that had came and looked @ it but that they low balled him or they want to junk it for scrap and he said i wasn't letting my truck go to the scrap yard, so after loading the truck up on a trailer we shook hands and the old man said make sure when you get the truck all done you come back and give me a ride ( he said well that is if im not dead by then as he was laughing) i told him sure thing i would defintly do that...just thought i would share that cool story with you guys...thanks, Justin
