1970 F100 Sport Custom work in progress
This was my Grandpas truck which then went to my aunt who used it as a trash truck to go to the dump. After years of neglect I've got it and am planning a full resto back to original Wimbledon white and Harbor blue. I've been at it about six months and so far so good. I still like spraying the blue. The chassis and brakes are done. Everything's new except I'm having a time finding bushings for the flex-o-matic rear.

Finally got the harbor blue sprayed just in time for cold weather. I got my Marti Report and turns out truck is kinda rare. SWB Sport Custom with deluxe two-tone paint and full hubcaps but MS, MB, no A/C and radio delete. 302, 3-speed and 3.50 gear.

Thanks I'm working on getting some heat in the garage so I can work through winter. Say, does your truck have the Sport Custom emblem on the glovebox. Mine doesn't have any holes or glue stains or nothing but I have seen them at swap meets. I don't know what the deal is.

Thanks, that page did help. Looks like I'll have to track down that emblem at next seasons swap meets. I still need to find the bearings that snap onto the ashtray also, then I'll have all the interior parts.

Re: 1970 F100 Sport Custom work in progress
Went ahead and put the interior back in and bled the brakes
while I'm looking for body parts. I did leave the custom '80s headliner, just dyed it white. I think the seat is from a mid-70s truck but its in great shape and it was free. The beds just sitting there to get it out of the yard. Looks like I'll go ahead and go through the motor and get it, the trans and driveshaft back in the truck. Oh and I know the steering column is all wrong I just needed a way to steer while I look for a good one.You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
