Headlight surround.

This was in a box on the floor of the truck when the rollback dropped it off the other night. It is too scratched up to be NOS. But, are the surrounds supposed to be black like this for the '69 rangers? Mine are not painted. I guess I can use this one as a template to paint mine.

This one is most likely an NOS one. This headlight bezel was used for the 69 Ranger only. Compare the ones you have on your truck. There probably different.
If you notice the one in the picture has black paint on it, what you don't notice is the area the black paint is.
The Ranger bezel has an indented area for the black paint. The other bezel will be smooth. Many people paint a non Ranger bezel but to me it looks like crap.

Now you can see the difference.
