Colorado Highboy (No, not that kind!)
Hey everyone,
Another new user here from Colorado. I've been using this great site as a resource for about a year and finally decided to join in on the fun here. Just a quick background, I worked as an ASE master auto technician for eight years before I decided to fly airplanes instead. A little over a year ago I decided to sell my perfectly good F-150 and get a Bumpside. After a lot of research and a couple months of searching I found my '71 Highboy. After replacing the smoked 360 with a 390 and a host of other things I finally got 'er on the road. I love these ole Fords, always wanted a bumpside to compliment my '70 'Stang. Hopefully I can add some value to this forum, I know I've gained a lot of knowlege from this site and other enthusiasts on here

Easiest way is to go to www.photobucket.com and get a free account. Upload your pictures there. Then, click on any picture you want to post and to the right of the picture will be 4 link boxes. Copy the bottom link (4th down) and paste that link in your post. That picture will magically appear in your post when you submit it and will always be there as long as you do not move or delete the picture in your photobucket account.

OK, finally setup a Photobucket account.
Here's the technical specs on my rig (named BigBlue): 390FE with an Edelbrock Performer intake, Summit 600cfm carb, HEI dizzy,3G alternator upgrade, needs headers. Drivetrain: Dana 44HD up front, NP435 tranny, Divorced Dana 24, Dana 60 rear with limited slip. She's a bit of a Frankenstein as I brought her back from the dead and is hardly original. I plan on painting it Bahama Blue someday. Yes, I know thats a '70 grille, I like it better than the '71 (Frankenstein). Oh, thanks for all the welcomes too!

*The Picture above has a Holley 670 and a stock dizzy, I put the HEI and Summit Carb in later. That was a progress picture when I was getting BigBlue back on the road.

I like Imgur better than photobucket.
photobucket is harder to get to see the pictures and many of the pictures from photobucket when downloaded look a quarter inch high and wider than the screen in the Windows photo viewer.
