Bed removal
has anyone pulled their bed with only guys? Ideas accepted.

I pull the bed off the truck by myself with my cherry picker. They aren't that heavy.

Me too. See the first page of my build thread in my signature. Once we got it off, onto a dolly, and around behind the house, me and my 3 step sons lifted it, carried it under the deck and flipped it over onto it's side.

For those that used an engine hoist, how did you rig it up? And how did you keep it from hitting the hoist?
