Has anyone had any success "gluing" a cracked plastic grille insert? I'm trying to save a 1970.
If so, what did you use and how did you do it?

I have not personally tried this product, but one of my co-workers used it in repairing a plastic dash for a plane, some spots were missing and he used this product to re-make the missing parts and fix the cracks to make a whole peice again.

I used two-part, 5-minute epoxy (the kind in the two-barrel syringe) on the mating surface and reinforced it on the back with a thin piece of scrap plastic bridged across the crack- also epoxied in place.
Let it set for 24 hours to be doubly sure it's rock hard. Lightly sand and repaint if ya want.
