Excited new member '69 Ford F250

Post by thin41 »

I just found a '69 F250 with the 390 - YES ha - in Oregon and in pretty good shape and will get her soon.

And I am excited, glad to be here - your folks are great with all your information.
I used to belong to an Oldsmobile forum and it too was great at the time to share with others and learn.

I'm still exploring your site and very glad to be here.

I'll post pictures of the before and during restoration.

Thanks Calfdemon.
These trucks came with a bottle jack. The stock location for the jack was under the hood on the drivers side inner fender. There is (was) a bracket towards the front corner of engine compartment that held the jack down.

And the jack crank rod and lug wrench are under the seat, near the back of the cab. You slide your seat forward to get to them. :wel: from Georgia! Great truck.
