Thinking Body Drop
Can someone measure and let me know how much space there is between the floor and the top of the frame rail? I am considering trying to drop the body on my truck. My truck is a couple hours away right now or I would just look at it. My initial thoughts are cut the front cab mounts off and lower them on the rail. Cut the front of the frame off right behind the core support and lower it the same amount as the cab mount. Then the fun part cut and lower every other mount point. If I could pick up a couple inches of drop I will probably go for it. If less I don't see it as being worth the effort. The passenger area is small as it is so I don't really want to raise the floor to do this.

If you're talking about between the bottom of the floor pan and the top of the frame rail, the answer is none. I can't even get to the first knuckle of my finger between there.
