Nu2 renewing 71' F100

Post by zeppfloyd01 »

I recently purchased an all original 1971 f100 custom, long bed, and I am going to start restoring it but I'm in the dark a bit when it comes to where to buy parts. There are lots of websites but I just want to know which is user friendly and consistent in pricing and quality. Any advice is much appreciated as this is my first time resorting a vehicle and I don't want to botch it. Thanks for your help. - Zeppfloyd01

:wel: from SoCal.

Your big 4 in the parts department for our trucks is Dennis Carpenter, Macs, LMC Truck, and ,National Parts Depot. There are others out there as well, but between those 4, you will find most everything. Dennis Carpenter has good stuff but they are VERY expensive. I actually like NPD the best and their customer service is great. I would recommend going to each website and ordering a catalog. Some parts you will find at one and not the others. So it helps to compare.

:wel: from Georgia! Don't overlook Miller Obsolete, Green Sales and Flashback F100's and Carolina Classics. I've bought from all those guys too and they had good quality and great customer service.
