Floor Pan quality

Post by thejunkman »

So I'm about ready to order my new floor pans for my 67. I hear the dennis carpenter ones are the best quality repros, but money is tight and I gotta get this truck back together as low cost as possible due to recent circumstances. DC has them for $60 bucks a piece, NPD has them for $35, and LMC has them for $50. What are peoples experiences with these panels? I'd like to go with the NPD ones, but at the same time I don't want to weld on panels that arent going to last.

Not trying to promote DC stuff but i'm just a fan of their products and NPD also. Since your budget is tight i would also check the shipping charges on each brand. To me LMC shipping charges are to high on some things meaning that you might be able to get a quality product by saving on shipping charges.

NPD often sells DC stuff cheaper under their badge. I got my floor pans and cab corners from a member here who bought them from NPD. He shipped them in their original NPD box. The floor pans had DC labels on them. If they were knockoffs, they were good ones.
