If beer can make someone do that kind of fine work, i am going to start drinking more of it. . All jokes to the side, that project looks really good.

Re: How I replaced a short wide bed floor.
Thank you.
I will hand roll anti rust paint inside of the inner box sides and wheel houses and undercoat bed next. I am waiting to clean up and prime the outside of the bed until it is body work time. I have decided on LineX for the inside bed but there are some areas I want to ensure are dent free before hand. Everything shows with LineX. So I have about a six pack of work to do on the bed and I will set it aside until body work.
Now it is time to strip off the front end, and figure out a way to get that cab off of the frame. Rest assured that I will do a far better job cleaning off dirt and crud from the remaining frame, and I will be outside. My shop is a disaster.
I figure 8 beer cleanup.

Got a 71 cab today, the 67 is too rotted out to mess with. Here is a pic of the bed with the 67 cab.

Re: How I replaced a short wide bed floor.
I saw a write up a while back on another forum (I think Slick60's) where a guy ordered bed floor from a new truck bed and fabbed it in. It turned out really nice.
*EDIT* - I did a little research. The guy deleted his pics, but I found out he used a new bed floor panel from an '08 Ford Super Duty. He ordered the panel new from Ford.
It would also be feasible to take a cordless sawsall and a couple of battery packs to the boneyard and hack one out of a wrecked truck.

Heads are in the shop, ordered Scorpion rockers. Picked up a better cab and a 205 transfer case. I am waiting till the last minute to pull the zf5 from my 86. Then I will have no pickup to drive until this is done.
