67 F100 From So.Cal

Hi everyone my name is Ivan, I just recently picked up a 67 F100 longbed w/ a factory installed 390 Engine that's what bureau of automotive repair paper says :? .. 4 speed toploader I'm sure..?? My uncle could no longer put money and time into it so all mine now. Don't know much bout these trucks but sure hope I can learn from everyone here! Thank you much!!

390 was not available in 67. Most likely a 352.

Yeah that's what I thought, but apparently the original owner took it to what I'm guessing a Ford Dealer and had them put the 390. I'll post a pic.

Measure the stroke with a wooden dowel down a spark plug hole.
352 and 390 are identical on the outside.

Future mods, I'm hoping to do is find some headers that I can bolt up on the 390, also Edelbrock manifold and carb, aluminum radiator with electric fan..?? Good I dead or bad? Please let me know what you guys think or have done or seen before thank you much! :D

Cool deal, will do. I believe it says on the BUREAU OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, that it's a 390 from year 1964.. I'll have to check.
