I just bought a nice rust free 1970 F250 2WD camper special. The truck only has 60K original mile but its been sitting so it needs alot of work. I want to make it a 4WD and was thinking that swaping everything onto a newer 250 4WD frame would be a better option because then I would end up with a EFI 460 and a 5 speed.
Has anybody done this sawp? How was it?
Thanks
JL

Re: Frame sawp questions
I did it! have the same truck and put it on my 95 f150 chassis. This gave me a daily driver I love. I wouldn't say it was hard but there is a lot of work to do. Do you have the time and space for a project like this?
