Paint Color

Post by grace105 »

My dad's truck was a 1971 Ford Custom. The last time I saw it, it still had factory paint. I am just trying to find out what the name of the color would have been. I know it is a long shot as I don't have a picture to add, but I would appreciate any suggestions or pictures posted. It was a very light bluish-green, but it could be darker as it was probably somewhat already faded when I saw it.

Thank you so much! It was either seafoam green or diamond blue.

My truck is an original Diamond Blue paint job. Pretty faded but you can see pics in my build thread in my signature. Might help you decide between the two. Diamond Blue is such a light blue, it's almost white. Here's another pic of a Diamond Blue Mustang in better condition. http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedi ... 8_00159_01
