Removing Old Drip Rail
I have all my other bodywork done now and all that's left is the drip rail. I know what I'm going to do after I remove the old sealant but that's the problem- Howdo iI remove the old sealant without messing either the chrom rail up or tearing up the roof paint? I already have a DeWalt right angle grinder and a Dremel 3000. Would a certain attachment on one of those work? If so which one. Thanks for the help

Put the grinder DOWN.
Use a heat gun to soften the sealer and a non-metallic scraper like a sharpened toothbrush (the handle end), a shaped shard of plexiglass, or similar material.

I agree with HIO. Grinder bad. I know what will loosen it up but not sure what it would do to paint so proceed at your own risk. A healthy coating of Kroil over a few days to let it seep under, and then having at it with HIOs method will pull it out. Might want to be conservative with heat however.
