painting just exterior or both interior and exterior

i want to repaint my 1971 ford f100 rwd its stock colors which are still on the truck is Bahama blue and sky view blue should i just do the exterior or interior metal as well

post pictures of how far i should strip the interior down to minimum

I guess it depends on how fast you need to get it back on road. If you do interior it will be a time consuming job. This is what mine looked like to paint inside.
