The power steering box doesn't look like it came with the truck originally either, but I could be wrong.
I need to replace the bushing on the drag link where it meets the tie rod tie rod end, but not sure what I have to start with.

The frame is a 69 according to the frame VIN, but when looking at parts explosions in the NPD catalog, the drawing that looks like mine is for the 78-79 f100.
The power steering box doesn't look like it came with the truck originally either, but I could be wrong.

most likely a 1/2 ton dana 44.

quick look says 78-79 drag link and steering box but a better pic of the steering box would help identify that.
