There's slop in about every bolted location. About the only places it's even remotely fixed is the latch assembly in the end of the door and where the hinges actually bolt to the the door itself. The hinge pockets that bolt to the cab pillar have slotted holes, adjustable up/down/in/out, and the door striker can be moved in any direction. If you haven't replaced your door hinge bushings, they can be a point of "slop" also, allowing the rear of the door to sag.

Well we are heading out of town for a couple days to see our daughter off to college . I guess I have a project when we return. Thanks for all the input.
