Neby from down under

Post by Stu »

G'day guys

Long time lurker on this site. I have a 1972 F250 dually that I bought some time ago, however due to the economy ie business slow down, I have been unable to invest the funds in doing this baby up. Much to my disappointment off course.

I have since bought 1976 F 250 2wd which needs far less work. More appealing to me really.
I have posted my first question in the drive train forum asking about diff swaps.

I look froward to learning what ever I can as I have already done, great site.

i will also put up photos as I begin work.

Thanks guys. Yep, Australia is a big place, mostly desert and filled with everything that can kill you in under 3 minutes. Beautiful place, if you want to go on holiday, come to Australia, I will show you around my neck of the woods. I actually live only 20 minutes from Australia zoo.

Im looking froward to learning a great deal on this, even when I have learn what not to do which seems to be often, I will be able to contribute.
I will be posting pictures as and when I do some mods to my new Effie, thats Australian for F series. Its funny, I have to think in your terms when posting, Aussie slang is like try to read and understand binary code to so many nationalities.

I know its been along time. Money has been tight so I had to put my rebuild off for quite a long time.

Anyway, thanks for the kind welcomes, I look forward to traveling over your way in the very near future.

My brother lives in NY and as reports come in from him, he seems to be very much overwhelmed by the amount of people.
