Fiberglas Hood
Does anyone on here have any experience with a fiberglass hood for a 68? I've bought 4 metal hoods for my project, all of them looked good until I had them chemically stripped. I've already spent more money trying to find a good stock hood than I can buy a fiberglass one for. Are the fiberglass ones any good? And does stock hardware bolt up? How is the fit and finish? Looking at the hood from US Body Source here in Florida. Any thoughts?
68 Ford F-100, two wheel drive short bed. 46k original miles, was a 240 six cylinder 3 on the tree. Changed to a 347 stroker with a C6, 03 Crown Vic front end, lunar green. Torn completely apart for a frame off fun daily driver project.
