front cab corner repair

Post by doughboy68 »

Anybody ever found a repair patch for the front cab corner or is it better to fab/weld? Is this the proper name?

I have the same problem. No one makes a patch for these, so I'm having to fab up patches of my own, out of 16 ga. steel. (my cab is on it's back in these pics)

Here is what I removed. I will make a patch for both sides, coat the inside section, and then weld it back on.
