Dent side rear sport bumpers?

Dent side rear sport bumpers?
Got a rear sport bumper off a dent side truck today. The brackets that held it on look exactly like the ones on a bump. So, my question is will a dent side bumper fit a bump?

I have not done it. The f100 1973 and up frames are several inches wider. You could probably adapt the brackets using spacers.
