newb from the other west coast w/ 69 f250
Howdy, just bought a 69 f250 for camping and music fests. this is my fourth ford truck 64 f100 with a 390y i built (sold to pay for a mopar 440 engine build) a 65 f100 with a 302, and a (sold)74 with the great straight 300 ( loved that engine) and now a 69 f250 with a 351. also currently have a 59 dodge town panel truck and a 64 dodge polar with the 440 (street/strip). look forward to getting this truck ready for the summer music fest season . so lots to do quick. i do a radio show " Hot Rod Rock" on wslr 96.5 fm on Tuesdays . streamed live at http://www.wslr.org or archived at http://roaddogsradio.com/HRR/page/show.html. i love it, especially the slide in with the work truck bed... that is awesome!
i've also been trying to see what those vintage marker lights would look like on a bump... been thinking about getting a set myself. they are perfect, now i'm sold!
