The illustrations show only two differences in under hood bracing. I have two hoods that have different bracing than the hoods pictured. Along the sides inside there are no square holes. 72 only?

Checked out mine, top photo is the original hood on the '71, second was original to a '72, both no square holes. My 3rd hood has them, and the holes for the trim above the grille, IIRC it was off a '70.
