Thanks. I hope it looks good when on the truck. I am figuring it will add to the fender scoops look up front along with the bumper mods when I get the bumper finished.

That's gonna look sweet when your done with it. Might as well smooth the hood seam while your at it. You'll already have half of it done by the time you stitch up that front.

The hood is on the truck. We are in the process of moving to southern MO & the cable to put pics is in MO while I am currently in IN until Monday. The tacks across the front are coming all the way out to maintain the original seam across the front. When I get a chance I will post pics.

Personally, I'd also fill it in but I already asked about that... the goal is to make it look factory so the hood seam is apparently staying.

It's only 3/4" above the cowl. It is a subtle modification but the concept could be used for a taller hood if someone wanted. We are in MO & unpacking everything. Once we get to a good point I will post pics of it on the truck.

We are in Alton, MO. About mid-state about 20 miles from the Arkansas line.

Well here are some pics of the hood as it stands. It still needs finish work done so this is raw form. I am planning on making the Fordification show in Anderson, MO so anyone there can get a much closer look.

When the truck is finished it will have 3/16"-1/4" gaps on all panels.
