Hello from Texas
I was looking for some info about my 68 and stumbled across this site and decided to join. I purchased my 68 from Gas Monkey here in Dallas and thought I would share. I was told it was an original Texas truck that made its way to Mississippi and then brought back to Texas. If anyone happens to know the truck please let me know. I have a few friendly questions for the previous owner and would like some info about the truck. With that being said here is what I purchased. Here is the ad for the truck from Gas Monkey. http://www.gasmonkeygarage.com/the-inve ... ord-f-100/
And when I picked it up.

I forgot to mention I love the name "FORDification". It's the most appropriate forum name I ever heard of. Props to whoever came up with that.

Re: Hello from Texas
from central Texas!
First think I would like to point out is that truck appears to be a 67. It has the 67 grille, heater controls, rear view mirror, and doors. Check the VIN to be sure.

Re: Hello from Texas
Yes, that checks out to a 67. Built in May of 1967, assembled in Dallas Texas, came with the 300 six.
