Cab repair pics needed

Post by Barneys72 »

Hey guys

Looking for close up pictures of where the a pillar and the rocker meet, inside and out. Need to rebuild this curved area on my truck and need a bit of guidance.

Thanks for your help.
My truck is my grandfathers 1972 F100 Sport Custom, all original 86,000 miles, automatic, 360, 2wd longbed.

Thanks Brandon

I have a couple of repops of the 73-79 version that I'm going to try and work into the repair as well. The left is completely gone, the right has a bit more to work with.

I'll try and post some pics of repair when I get to it.

Wow! That's scary that it's been over a year and I still haven't fixed this problem yet. I have been working on the truck a bit just been avoiding this. I'm wondering what the chance is someone would have a junk cab that would still have good A-pillar/rocker sections and that the same person would have the means to remove said section and a bit of the surrounding area. Anyone interested send me some pics and approx fees associated.

Thanks in advance
Brian
