Old member (in more then one way) Back again

Post by Randle »

I just thought I would drop back in the Welcome Mat to say hi, sense I was on here it looks like a lot of new faces have joined. I dropped off the forum several years ago due to prolonged sickness in my family, but hopefuly that is over and in the past for now. I retired a couple years ago, and have got my list of honey dues caught up along with some of my playing jobs. I have a total of four Ford trucks, a 92 Flareside which I have just finished repainting, a 76 F350 SCS which I have just finished rebuilding and two 70 swb F100's which are in pieces in the barn. I am now in the process of reworking one of the 70 beds, welding all the seams and smoothing the inside. I do enjoy reading the different forums and trying to gether new ideas. Keep up the good work, and catch you latter.

Thanks for the replys
I didn't think last night when I posted or I would have posted a few pictures of some of my toys, I know some of us like a little Truck Porn, But anyway here gos now.
This is my Daily Driver and my old standby around my place. It's a 92 Flareside w/4.9 and 5 speed, Computers don't show color to good some time but I just painted the truck last fall, Viper Red

This is one of my toys I have just finished a complete rebuild on, It is a 76 F350 SCS, it has a 460 with a C6

This is one of my 70 F100's That I have worked on and off on for close to 10 years. I built the front and rear pans out of the top rails of a styleside bed, I am in the process now of smoothing the seams on the outside of the bed and smoothing the inside of the bed.

This is my other 70, Some of the older members will probably remember it. I bought it from a board member (named Smokybear) about 5 years ago and have not done anything to it at present, Smokey had a pretty good size build thread on the truck. It is setting on a 93 CV running gear and has the 4.6 motor and all the CV power train.

Thanks again for all the replys and I will catch everyone later.
