Hello all. I'm Joe and I'm a newby from Western NC. Apparently I have bump fever, because I have now purchased the following in the past 3 months.
1968 SWB f-100 with 351 cleveland. This is my money pit as I'm turning it into a shop truck and have added automatic tranny, 4 barrel, new intake, complete suspension rebuild, ps conversion, pb conversion, and driveshaft. Still have to do interior, mirrors, badges, dash, floor repair and tires and wheels.
1971 LWB f-100 with 302 auto. Bought it for parts, but got truck running with only $ 350 in parts and some fresh gas. Truck ran beautiful and all original. Didn't trust myself not to tear into it with the 68 needing so much, so sold it to someone who will keep original.
1969 SWB f-100 Ranger with 302 auto. Cool truck will either restore or resell once the 68 is done.
1967 LWB f-100 with 3spd 390. Not running. Bought as parts truck for both the 68 and 69. We'll see what happens here.
