Another noob

Post by DisposableAssets »

Hello all, I can't believe I haven't found this site until now. I have owned quite a few 67-72 trucks and a pile of other Fords. Currently in the stable reside a 70 F100 with a hot 390 and a banger, 69 Torino GT Fastback, 01 True Blue Bullitt Mustang, and a 00 F350 4x4 with a power choke.

My F100 is going under the knife as we speak, have put together all the parts to do the cv swap. Big block is leaving to make room for a carbed 4.6 with a Tremec 3650 to put the power out back. I know I know the big block has been fun for a while but it's time for change. I want to be able to cruise the truck farther than the closest gas station.

Site looks cool, time for me to have a look around. - Joe

It could be yours sir, its a back burner project for sure. I planned on a late 60s looking NASCAR car for that one.

No matter how much I would love to have a Torino I have way too many irons in the fire right now with my truck and my dads truck. If not I would be all over it.

Way back in the early 1980's (I think it was 82), I had a 1970 Torino with a 351C and console shifted automatic. That was a fun car! But it was falling apart, I was broke, and needed something more reliable and in better shape. So my dad bought it from me. He then turned around and sold it to a guy who used it as........... a demolition derby car! :x
I would love to have a car like that again!
