Hello from south west washington, just picked up my '72 about a month ago had a '69 way back in the 80's and regret selling it so I finally got one to replace it.

Thanx to all great site. Willy it looks better from a distance than close up but it was a pretty cheap running driving diamond in the rough nomajor rust other than the battery tray and surrounding inner fender area.

Inner fender and battery tray are common areas of rust through, mines rusted out also (among other areas).
I agree with you, this is a great site, very informative.

Willy, I got lucky at the local pick and pull, got a battery tray for10 bucks and inner fender for16.50 just need to blast and paint.
