Side mount spare hardware needed

Hey guys.
I need hardware for my side mount spare carrier and was hoping that someone here might know where I should start looking for it.
I found a picture of part of what I need on the "Tech/Tutorials" page.
I just bought a new old stock spider mount spare wheel carrier (D6TZ1433A) to install on my truck but do not have the brackets that should be installed on the interior of the bed side to add strength and support.
The exploded diagram shows the parts I need. They are labled "1413" for the bottom bracket and "1407" for the top bracket.
I know that the bottom bracket would fit my bed just fine but the top bracket would require some modification.
The bed on my truck is from a 73 or later model truck and of course the diagram on this page is for trucks up to 72'.

Any Ideas? I could sure use the help.
