good evening gentlemen

Post by jerryatrophy »

Hello. Making it official tonight with an introduction.
Im 27, i live in columbus georgia.
Im heavy into sportbikes and streetfighters.
I was given a'72 f100 explorer, longbed, 302ci, 3speedAOD, when i was 16. Was a daily driver up until about 3 years ago
When she put me down. Anyways shes been sittin for a few years under the carport. It was a farm truck before i got it so shes beat up. Everything youd expect to have rotted away has, cab floor, front bed floor, rockers.
Anyways, im in need of a vehicle to tow bikes with so its time to get her back roadworthy and slammed for ease of loading.
I figured id join up and read a lot and then ask a bunch of questions cause i want to improve in a lot of areas such as suspension brakes etc.
Looking forward to being a contributing member of the forum.
Photobucket isnt cooperating so ill upload some pics when i can.

Shes been in long term storage for a while so no good pics.
The po was rough on her. Original doghouse was shot. Got the junkyard dh with hood and grill for $200
The front passenger fender looks like it had a blowout and rolled the bottom of the wheelwell in. And it has
Body molding.
Thanks for looking.

nice it looks to be in good condotion really. it does seam to have a bit of a ghost problem there in the driver seat... but im sure its a 'scream'er once u get it back on the road. it looks to be a 69 ranger then a 72 explorer though.
