72 F250 CamperSpecial 360

Post by AMHawkins2316 »

My friends 82 yo. mom needs interior door panels for her 1973 F100. I happen to have two (72) extra doors that are in great condition. So my question is will the 72 F250 interior door panels fit the 73 doors. Id really like to help her out and she is a Ford DieHard so when she goes to the car shows she keeps the tinted windows up so u cant see the door panels because it emberasses her. Any info would be great.

No, I'm sorry but the door panels are totally different. Ford did a major redesign in '73.
On this page are '72 door panels:

On this page are the '73 panels.

As you can see, they are totally different.
If you post an ad in the parts wanted section, towards the bottom of the main forum page, someone may have a set they would be willing to sell you.
Or you can try here: (our sister site dedicated to the 73-79 series trucks)

Welcome to the site, and good luck with your search! It's great you are trying to help her out!
