Hi all,

I've lurked for a while and ogled many of the builds featured on here. Finally joined so I could ask some questions and have this as a resource in the future. Hopefully I can help someone else with the small amount of wisdom that I've accumulated as well. I grew up driving my Dad's 69 F100. I bought a 68 Bronco part way through college that has been a money pit and a LOT of fun. But it isn't big enough to haul firewood and building materials. Plus it's a little small for long distance travels. So I'm looking at getting an F100 or F250 4x4 and dropping in a fuel injected 300ci six, ZF 5-speed, and some better transfer case than stock. I'd like to run 33-35" tires and be able to handle mild/medium trails in the western US and eventually make it to Alaska. So, just hanging out for now, until I come across a good deal on a California truck for sale.

If anyone is in the vicinity of Fresno, CA, and needs a hand wrenching, give me a buzz.
