Hey everybody! I'm new to the forum, but I've been browsing this awesome site for a couple of weeks now. About a year ago, I bought my dream truck, site unseen - a 1969 Ford F-100 that was completely stock except for an automatic transmission swap. I bought Mackie with 69,000 original miles and drove him from Puyallup, WA to Camp Pendleton, CA, where I'm stationed. Been spending the last year saving up money and planning a rebuild to improve things like the steering and brakes, as well as an off the frame restoration to the body due to several spots of minor corrosion that I'd like to take care of before it gets to be a real problem. I really enjoy reading all of y'all's posts and am glad to be a part of the bumpside community. Be talking to y'all soon!
Steve
