stuff for my 68 camper special

Hey all,,

1968 camper special,a few cosmetic things I am looking for.

REALLY WANT:
• two "camper special" badges for my 68..
• FORD hood lettering
• Single "390" badge
• Door lock buttons
• one single window crank
• original metal camper shell with stripes (to fit longbed)
• chrome moldings for over tire and along the bottom
• dash panel
• original bench seat (black)

Can anyone help me out here!!??
