Hello from Alabama
Been readin on here for a few weeks now and decided to join up. I inherited my Grandfathers old 67 F100. He bought it new in 67. Still got the window sticker and the owners manual with his name/address typed on back of the front page. Its a 352, 3 spd, all manual, never had a radio in it. Seems like it is really high geared to me. This was his work truck. Bout 10 years ago some of my family had it repainted. its a pretty good lookin old truck. He smacked a tree in it a few years ago and got the r/ fender, grille, bumper, and hood. I am gonna get it checked out at the frame shop cause the cab did bump the bed and did a little damage there.
I have already rebuilt the 2 barrel carb. Bought a donor 68 ranger last week for body parts. I gotta lot of work to do on it. Leakin manifold gaskets and I have broke the first three bolts I have touched!! This is the first ford vehicle I have ever owned let alone worked on. Love the site for folks like me!!
