Well, I rechecked the number on the part and it is definitely an AW at the end:
And while I was at it, I went ahead and photographed the window regulators to show how "one of a kind" the rear door regulators are for the crew cabs. The top regulator is a standard bumpside regulator and the one pictured is from the front driver's side door.
The bottom one is a crew cab rear driver's side door. It actually mounts in the door upside down with the gear teeth pointing downward, and the bracket shown on the far left, bolts to the inside of the door towards the front. The regulator bar is broken up and with the regulator having 2 mounting points, the bar moves in an up and down pattern to raise and lower the window by using the various pivot points.
Another part for the crew cabs that would have to be made if someone did not have one, and it would not be the easiest part to reproduce.

Re: WTB: interior handle/pull - Crew Cab rear door
Hey, new thought!!
Not having a '67 truck in front of me, could it be possible that the screw holes of the that year's arm rest line up with the crew cab of a '68-'72?? I'm figuring "no" as Ford designers might have thought of that before, but I'm curious as they are only $20 a piece at LMC.
Does someone with a '67 regular cab have the time to measure the separation of the 2 screws?
This is more like a help wanted than a part wanted.
Thanks!!
Bill

that's a good idea. My wife really wants armrest on the back doors. I'm going to do some calling to some vendors to see what I can find
