1968 F100 Ranger near Myrtle Beach

Post by 68Slug »

Hey everybody, this site rocks! I picked this up yesterday from a friend who was a little hard up. Overall very little rust, looks like 129000 original miles, but it needs some tlc.
I'm still on the fence about keeping it, moneys tight, but if I do, I think I'll remove all the trim and do a nice blue and white two tone and toss on some crome caps.
It needs a right headlight bezel, and the hoods a little rust, but the wiring behind the dash is a mess.

Gotta love a project.

The truck looks like a darned good base to build on. You will find lots of help with anything you need to know about the truck here on this site. Be prepared for an adventure. A lot of these old trucks have hidden secrets and mysteries in them. But thats where the fun is! :wel: from Eastern Tennessee!
