1971 Ford F-250

Post by willie »

New to this forum. Recently purchased 71F-250 and going through front to end. Need feed back on converting manual to power steering system. Are parts available after market or will other models work for conversion. Your advice will be appretiated.

Willie, there are some decent write ups about installing a mustang tank between the frame rails in the rear.

:wel: from Georgia. Summit Racing and these guys, http://www.tanksinc.com/index.cfm/page/ ... y/home.htm, both have many varieties of fuel cells and tanks that I sure you could make work. Somewhere on here a guy put his in cab tank in the bed, up behind the cab, then fitted a tool box around it where you flip up the lid to fill the tank. Came out pretty cool.
