Armrest.....

I have a 1970 f100 that is almost finished. My entire interior is original and in excellent shape, with the exception of the drivers side arm rest. (no suprise) The interior is the factory Ivy Green. I have not been able to locate anything in Ivy Green except for new carpet. Any help or leads or a useable Ivy green drivers armrest would be greatly appreciated.
