Hello from San Diego, CA
Hi everybody!
I totaled my Jeep and recently traded it for a 72' Custom F250 with a 360. It has 82k original miles and everything is still original, except the back slider window. After towing it home, we gave it a tune-up and it runs like a sewing machine!
This is a GREAT site and love all the info here! I've used this site as a referrence point many times while working on my new project. I look forward to reading the new posts and checking out the past topics. I'd like to thank everybody here for all the info you guys have provided! Hopefully, in time, I'll have something to give back.

Welcome from northern Cali, Lake County. Two and a half hours north of San Francisco.
I too own a 72 F-250. After six years of ownership the truck is now part of the family, of course my wife won't drive it, but my daughter named it Bruce. In the summer she likes to take it to the drive-in theater with a bed full of friends. (They all meet outside the drive-in and pile in, they don't drive down the road like that in California, instant ticket.)

Thanks everybody! @Kurt, I remember the days when I was in Highschool loading everybody up in the back of my dad's truck and going to the Drive-in. Sure was fun!

Welcome from Orange County. What a great find although I'm sorry to hear about the Jeep.(I have a 58 Willys) My wife will barely ride in my '70' F-250 much less drive it so I understand. Look back every once in a while you might see a bunch of Fordification guys in the bed of your truck check-in' it out.
