Hey from central Tx

Post by blindsay »

I'm Ben from Texas. Been looking at this site for years building my 70 swb. Had 429 in it that threw a rod while test starting. Going back with a 73 460. Have the DOVE C heads, not wanting to use the big 73's. Have swapped to disc brakes with the first gen Lightning wheels. Trying to work out the wiring that is mind blowing. Been working on this rig for 15 years. I know, thats a long time. But I don't have a lot of time to get to it. Slowly but surely. Hope to get motor done soon and get it on the road. I've used a lot of the info ( Thanks a bunch ) here and have never noticed a forum before. I'm a little slow I guess. I'll try to get some pics up, but computers frustrate me.
