Low retail $895. Average retail 1,200. High retai 1,867.05. Bank appraised at...well, the guy at the bank was laughing pretty hard so it was difficult to make out what he said. I think it was 17,500 or he may have said "a sack-o-bean you dunderhead, I'm not sure.
We'd know better how sharp he was if we knew what he paid when he got it. Bless his heart, did he pay $12 & find himself forced to sacrifice it for $ 10?
"Bank appraised at $17,500." Yeah I'd like their number too. My house's dropped $25K in value in the last 3 years. I could use a new appraisal so I can sell it.

Relax fellas, I am sure it a simple problem, like the period/decimal key quit working on his keyboard. Or maybe the bank appraiser is the one who sold it to him...
Maybe the old lady said sell it and he doesn't want to. Now he can at least say he tried. But he is prolly smokin dope!

Good point. I currently have a 1969 boat with moss growing on it up for sale. First person with 78k takes it home. Hey, I'm trying to sell it, the market is just bad.
