Hello from Germany/Oregon
Hi every one.
Been lurking here for awhile...week or so, lot of good information, and i am very close to buying my first bump. Im from Eastern Oregon, but i currently am overseas in Germany, and will be for another year or so. I have always loved the 1967-79 area Fords and especially the 70-72. My current plan is to find one in decent shape do a little re powering with a 5.9 Cummins and use it as my daily work truck when i come home and go back to ranching. I am also on the Cummins forums regularly with the same name.
I am looking forward to learning a lot from you all in the future.

Re: Hello from Germany/Oregon
Thanks for the welcome, you all are right about the service....Army.
Originally from Joseph OR. However, i am looking for land all over the Central to Eastern Area of the state was looking at one place by Dayville. Trying to start my own cattle operation, however funding far that is a little difficult....so its on the 5 to 25 year plan.
Like i believe i said i am looking at a 71 currently. Now i have a quick question, whats a bump f 250 4x4 in good shape little rust, decent paint, and runs well, go for these days. The one i am looking at fits the above description and ive got the guy at 2000. Is that a decent deal or since ive got time should i look for another one?
